We were skeptical because it was described as "Medium Duty", but based on the other reviews we went with it anyway. Boy, what a mistake! Not only was it stiff and flimsy, but the very first time we hooked it up, the connection leaked like crazy. So we unrolled the whole hose from the hose reel and re-did the connection....same result...the water sprayed all over the place. So we removed the hose again and noticed that the whole end connection was loose. So there was no way it could form a tight seal. Poor quality control. This is going right back for a refund!!! |
