I emailed the gauranteed&raypadula.com just to beignored for two weeks. Then I started calling their customer service which is non existant and you are actually prompted to leave a vmail then the recording states the voice mail box is full and you cant even leave a message. What a sham, i'll never deal with any of Ray's crappy products again. I chose this one because it was recommended by Real Simple magazine. I have difficulty with many nozzles because they are difficult to turn on and off or to change the spray setting. My spouse has arthritis in her hands, but this nozzle is much easier for both of us than any we have ever tried. You only need to lift the little lever on the end to turn the water on or off, and it moves easily and smoothly. The spray is easily changed with the ring in the front. I just got this one about a week ago, but it seems very well made and the thumb control mechanism does not have a spring, so that seems promising for longevity. The thumb control is a lot easier on your hand than the squeeze-to-water variety. The patterns are also particularly nice compared to some of the others I have used, especially the shower pattern. |
