I ordered it and received it six days later and it seems to be in perfect shape. It is made so well, I didn't have to insert washers. This is for the back of my house and the one in front that is a Gilmour 50 foot hose has lasted several years. I've purchased two supposed "kink-proof" hoses that in fact still kinked under pressure and were like trying to wind up a live snake when you were through using them. The Flexogen hose did not kink (in fact I could not get it to kink) and coiled up easily when finished. No stores in SLC had one, so I had to order one in. I have one other Flexogen hose, which is why I sought out and purchased another.
