It has been ddifficult for me to find something which can handle 100ft hose with ssome "real" portability. This cart does relatively well, considering its own size and weight. Winding hose back takes a bit of training,but good product overall.

While the idea of being able to transport your hose is nice, this hose reel is not a high quality item. We had ours for just a few weeks before it started to show rust marks. It leaks, and barely holds the advertised 100 feet of hose, even the inexpensive kind. It's light weight, which means you need to anchor it with one foot while bending down to crank.

Last summer, i bought one of these. Loved it for a week until it started leaking and spraying water. Returned it for another, which arrived and was leaking and spraying water from the get go, so I gave up. Had great balance and ease of wheeling around, but built like junk.

I bought a set of these because the design looked better than typical hose guides that don't hold the hose in place(you have to zoom in on the image to look at the picture on the packaging to see the design). It does work great, it's easy to drop the hose into the guide and it holds it in place without binding up while you pull it. I've only used them a few weeks but the finish looks sturdy and so far has held up to the trimmer with no signs of rust or wear. I liked it so much I bought 2 more sets. I'm using heavy duty kink resistant 5/8" hose with mine.

I couldn't decide which guides to buy; but having searched on Amazon and read various customers' reviews, I was so impressed with what I read about these Suncast hose guides I decided to buy a set. Apart from the now customary swift delivery from Amazon, I have to say I was/am delighted with these guides; and I have to endorse an earlier reviewer, who gave the guides a 5-star review. They are good looking, strong and sturdy and easy to "install" - plus they are not intrusive vis a vis the landscaping. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy another set, should the need arise.

Good quality, hose basket with cover is what we were looking for, price very reasonable after looking at hundreds of others. Only reason gave it four stars is the color is lighter than picture. Would recommend this item to others. Looks very nice and fits in with landscaping.

This hose pot is fine. Couple Points: it has a open/wire bottom--allows the dirt to go through and come in. Color blends well with brick. Large enought for a 100 ft hose. Very light weight. Poorly packed, just put in a box, no bubble wrap, paper, etc.
