My faucets are at ground level behind the bushes and now they are adjacent to a walkway. I love this as it is very low profile and prevents me from having to do calisthenics in order to turn the water on in front of my town home. It appeared to be well made, and I dug a hole in hard soil to insert the post before I tried connecting the extension hose. After the post was set, I connected the extension hose and turned on the remote faucet. Water sprayed out of the hose connection even though I tightened the extension hose as tightly as I could. I then tried another new connection hose with a new washer, and it still leaked badly. I then removed everything and noted that the tube for the connecter was split at the brazing/welding seam. I sent it back to Amazon and it was exchanged for another that had the same problem. I have now returned it for credit, and will go back to reaching for the the remote faucet.
