I inspected the o-rings and they were fine, I even put some silicon lube on it to see if that would help but nothing. Soon after that, water started coming from the gaps at the head of the nozzle.Keep in mind I was always careful not to throw the handle to the ground, I always placed it down and it had very little use in the week it started messing up.
